Omen 16
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community, I have been using HP omen 16 for about an year and recently I have discovered that my max fan speed has dropped from 5600rpms to 4800rpms and this has reduced my gaming performance. Even after putting the fan speed on max or auto mode it won't go higher that 4800, i have tried reinstalling omen hub app multiple times but it hasn't solved the problem. Is it a software issue or a hardware one? Are my fans damaged?  I'm not sure what is causing this issue can someone please help me

Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install "Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx"), then restart.
