Hello, it's normal that it shows 2200 on one fan and 200 on the other, the numbers are approximate, model hp pavilion 15-bc304ur

That is normal because fans are controlled by hear sensors and two areas are not hot the same.

 

Hope this makes sense.

I think is not normal. I had the same problem with other model and I solved cleaning it by myself using an air duster spray (compressed air spray). There was a lot of dust.
