Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T52AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Fan suddenly drops to 5000rpm even when max fan speed is set in balanced mode while gaming. Max fan speed persisted for around 10 minutes but then suddenly drops to 5000rpm. The problem only happens in balanced mode, performance mode works fine.

This issue does not occur in performance mode. This behavior has been observed by other users and may be linked to the Omen Gaming Hub's thermal management settings. To address this, ensure your system's BIOS and all drivers are up-to-date, as outdated software can affect hardware performance. Additionally, consider adjusting the thermal profile within the Omen Gaming Hub to better suit your usage patterns.
