I there,

I have a problem with my USB ports .My pc has 3 USB ports: 2 at the left side and one at the right. After it goes to sleep mode (when I close the lid) the 3 USB ports turn off and nothing plugged into them works. Then, if I reboot the pc, all 3 USB ports work fine. However, after sleep they die again. How do i fix it?

Welcome back rodrigoze99

Try going into the Device Manager and turning off Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option in the Power Management tab.

Type the word Device Manager into the Search bar.

Choose it from the list that pops up.

Go to the bottom and expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.

Look for any USB Root Hub devices and right click on them and choose Properties.

Uncheck the box for Allow this computer to turn off this device to save power.

Then also turn off Allow Hybrid Sleep...

power options (in Control Panel) > change plan settings > change advanced power settings > sleep > allow hybrid sleep

Let me know how it goes.
