Finding one of my favourite game name from HP pre installed game list from 2010 series laptops

If anyone remembers, there was a game in HP laptops which had gameplay like - buy a ship, trade between different regions throughout and during sailing in the sea you will have few wars against other pirates. You built different ships to purchase different ships and firing power. It had flying ships, too in the gameplay. 

Does anyone remember that game ?

I believe the game was in HP laptops in Windows 7 or 8, back in 2010 around. 

It would be great if I can find a game name.

The game was from old age where wood ships were used to fight and pirates types, it involves trading of good from one country to another when you travel you might encounter with other pirates and war starts. 

you can create your fleet upto 10 boats etc etc.
