hello, I have an hp victus 16 and I am experiencing an issue with my cursor flickering. However the cursor only flickers when I am in a full screen game and works fine on anything else. All my drivers are up to date so I have no idea what is going on. Please help me out. Thanks

Hi @Cannon06
Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
I see that you are facing cursor flickering-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
Also, may I know in which games this usually happens?
Please note that this happens because the game is using so much of the CPU time that the mouse pointer doesn't get refreshed often enough.
Also, try disabling mouse trails from the control panel:
- Open the Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel, double-click the Mouse icon.
- In the Mouse Properties window, click the Motion tab and check or uncheck the "Show pointer trails" option to enable or disable the feature.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Yes" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping.
