Welcome to HP Forums, This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
I'd like to help.
Playing Games requires the use of the Graphics Card extensively and it needs to receive an optimum amount of power to function as designed.
Since the HP Pavilion - 15-cc129tx is not a High-end Gaming device, it is not designed to make the most of the Graphics Card capability while running on Battery since this will drain the Battery quickly.
You will need to plug in the AC Adapter while playing Games on your Notebook if you want to make full use of the Graphics Card capability.
Thank you. 🙂
