I have buy my laptop HP victus 15 for gaming but it is not giving good fps I have seen many people with this laptop they can play games like gta 5 at good fps I have tried all the optimization settings but not hing worked it goes and stuck on 30 fps  I want to play many games but I can't . I have updated all my drivers pls help

My specs are

Processor --  amd ryzen 5 5600H

Graphic card -- nvidia GeForce GTX 1650

Ram -- 8gb 

Storage -- 512 GB SSD
