OMEN 15-en0000 Laptop PC (8WK04AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

The laptop just randomly crashes out. TOO MANY TIMES now.I have already tried:

  • Resetting the Windows
  • Resetting the PC
  • Re Installing Windows from local disk
  • Re Installing Windows from cloud
  • Hard resetting the PC
  • HP UEFI Hardware Diagnostic All Components extensive tests, all symptom tests, system tests, got no error

But the laptop, especially when plugged in,keeps on crashing and crashing and crashing.

IMPORTANT:  The Laptop works fine when Gaming, or doing heavy tasks but as soon as the workload reduces it starts crashing.

Note: I have not Overclocked anything, my device is as vanilla as it gets.

HP OMEN 15 en0004AX, Ryzen 7 4800H Processor with Radeon Graphics, NVIDIA GTX 1650 Ti 4GB Graphics, 512 Samsung SSD, 16GB Ram.

It used to happen when I purchased it, got tired of the calls and chats with HP technicians until I gave up and the service center in my town figured out it was the motherboard and had it changed in warranty. But now the warranty is over and the issue has resurfaced. I can't afford to get a new laptop, please help!

A billion dollar company and still they can't serve the customers properly!
