HP Gaming Laptops & HP customer care are the worst. Guys please switch to some other brand. My Laptop's hinges started opening up on their own & then the screen started opening up on it's own. When I called HP they sent a technician & while fixing the hinges he damaged the microphone & camera. Now since two days I'm calling HP & they keep asking me to call back later coz their network is down.
For no fault of mine I have to suffer so much, I conduct webinars & with no camera & microphone I just cant work. I have to take out atleast 3 hours daily to just get in touch with HP & get frustrated all over again. Pathetic laptops & Pathetic Services.

your not alone my computer has been blacking out by itself for 4 days they wont even respond to me and contact agent online the computer knows what is happening and restarts and wont let me run test or restarts

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
