Product: OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after updating my BIOS to version F.16 my omen command center showing GPU utilization -1% and memory utilization -1% and also my gaming performance degraded i uninstalled command center and re installed it yet problem did not resolved

can you screenshot task manager usage while playing a heavy game or under heavy load?
