I own HP omen with i7 9750h, and gtx 1650. I am facing a weird problem suddenly, 1. my GPU sometimes stays at 300mhz with full usage(msi afterburner) until I restart laptop, After restarting it goes back to 1495+ mhz which is ideal for this gpu. and 2. sometimes between my gaming sessions, laptops lags and it becomes unusable in few seconds, only option is to hold power button for force shutdown. FPS is between 10-50. I get 60 on battery normally. This problem occured suddenly out of nowhere. After clean installation of wndows 10 second problem disappeared, facing only first now.
I tried clean installation of Windows 10, reinstalled drivers and also my BIOS is up to date, thermal pasting

Hi @Pranav861
Using MSI Afterburner may have not been the wisest choice you have ever made. If you played around with the absolutely not supported overclocking software, you may have inadvertently damaged your notebook's discrete graphics.
