I own a HP Victus Gaming Laptop.I recently got it serviced and upgraded the device RAM from 8 GB to 24 GB.Currently im facing an issue with the performance of the CPU AND GPU because the GPU utilization is not constant,it is not locking at 100% even on AC power supply constantly connected to activate the GPU,it suddenly decreases from 100% to 75% every 5 seconds, hence resulting in FPS drops and stuttering while playing a compatible game..I checked the power adapter which is working fine and i also checked by playing other games confirming that the issue is not with the game but with the GPU.I tried updating the windows as well and also the latest graphics driver from nvidia,but still the problem persists,therefore I kindly request you to help me

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H   2.00 GHz

Installed RAM 24.0 GB (23.7 GB usable)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

 

GPU details:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

VRAM : 4 GB

Driver details : GeForce Game Ready DriverVersion:551.76
