GTA V doesn't work

hello, I have a problem I have
a notebook 15 pavillion with a 1050 and an i5 8250u and normally I am able to turn Gta V the problem is that at the beginning I set the settings to the lowest I turn to 60 fps constant then after 30 min my fps fall to 30 then to 20 and I do not know how to do it Can someone help me?

Heat, heat and heat. All you need to do is to reduce heat. Omen machines always run hot to vert hot. One thing you can do, please try:
