I bought this laptop September 2022 and haven't had any issues until now. My daughter uses the laptop all the time to play games. Animal Jam and Roblox is the only 2 games where the FPS is high and remains high. All other games she only gets around 2-4 FPS causing it to lag real bad. I have uninstalled Omen Gaming Hub and updated the Nvidia graphics drivers then rebooted the laptop. The issue still remains.

I suggest that you run the updates from HP Support Assistant by following the steps listed below:
- In Windows, search for and open HP Support Assistant, or click the app icon
in the taskbar.
- On the My Dashboard tab, find your computer, and then click Updates.
- Wait while HP Support Assistant analyzes the system.
- After the analysis completes, select the listed updates, download and install the updates, and then follow any on-screen instructions.
- If prompted, restart the computer, and then close the tool.
