Product: Hp victus 15

Hey, 

 

So i just recently bougth a victus laptop, and i have had some issues related to the gpu. The moment i plug in the charger to the pc it just collapses. It happens when im playing games . The pc is new... and i have tried everything, installed and uninstalled all updates, bios and drivers. I also booted to factory settings.

 

 

Its a victus 15

Core i7 12g

Rtx 3050
