I own a HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000
I recently got it serviced and upgraded the device RAM from 8 GB to 24 GB
Currently im facing an issue with the performance of the CPU AND GPU because the GPU utilization is not constant,it is not locking at 100% even on AC power supply constantly connected to activate the GPU,it suddenly decreases from 100% to 75% every 5 seconds, hence resulting in FPS drops and stuttering while playing a compatible game.
I checked the power adapter which is working fine and i also checked by playing other games confirming that the issue is not with the game but with the GPU.
I tried updating the windows as well and also the latest graphics driver from nvidia, but still the problem persists, therefore I kindly request you to help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Device name LAPTOP-6OF5PKD4
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H 2.00 GHz
Installed RAM 24.0 GB (23.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
GPU details:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
VRAM : 4 GB
Driver details : GeForce Game Ready Driver
Version:551.76
Thank you.
