I've recently started having an issue with my Graphic card and not sure how it started happening really as I've not made any changes with my computer.
My laptop uses a RTX 2070 Max-Q.
The issue is whenever I unplug my laptop, the Memory Clock on my GPU changes to 202.5 Mhz and gets stuck there even when I plug the charger back in. The only way I can fix this is by restarting my computer while it's plugged in. I don't know when this started happening, before I could unplug and plug my charger back in without this happening, just kind of annoying that I have to always restart now or if I play a game then I'll have a major FPS drop without a restart.
If anyone can help me with this problem that'd be awesome

I live Toronto, Canada. I'm just thinking now that it must be my charger because my original one that came with my laptop broke a few weeks ago so I bought a generic 200w adapter on Amazon that works. However even though it works, it's probably causing this unplug and replug problem with my Graphic Card
