Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently system had  a BIOS Update. After the update my pc suddenly can't detect my nvidia gtx graphics card and is using microsoft basic renderer(AMD). I don't know what happened.

My card doesn't even show up in device manager and I can't download, find, or update my drivers because i get the message "this graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware"; and it's not compatible witn this version of windows.

Without the card i get 3 fps in games. It worked fine before bios update. Iv've tried troubleshooting and support and can't fix it. I also contacted hp service centre without any check just by doing some software check they told replace the motherboard is the only solution. The service centre has not one who can really understand the hardware problem, they have those people who just had the idea of first stage troubleshooting. I already did tweet too on hp official website and still they were the same. Spending 70k on a laptop and these people on the service centre had no idea what the problem is. The only thing they ask is " Sir , is ur laptop in warrenty? If it is then u will have to pay 8k other wise buy 2 years extra warranty worth 14k and then resolve the issue". So they are just selling their cards. Requesting hp to please hire someone who has the hardware knowledge too on the service centres as well. Because if you ask those people in service centre about A they will reply about B. That is the truth and you people don't even admit. On a soldered motherboard also the graphics card can be replaced and a new smd graphics card can be installed and configured. I am from the same background where we install and remove soldered chips from motherboard. But we won't find people in hp with this option.

Unless I am mistaken, your product ID is 167W1PA#ACJ and you have cloud restore to factory software

Note that you will lose all data that is not backed up on OneDrive.

I looked at the BIOS revision history of your system and the last BIOS version that actually fixed a problem was F10.
All the newer BIOS were security related and will slow down a gaming laptop.  I personally would not upgrade any gaming BIOS that was only security related unless the PC was used in a corporate, industrial or military organization.  I assume you upgraded to F19 and I read

Provides enhanced security. NOTE: Due to the security updates installed by this BIOS update, previous BIOS versions cannot be reinstalled after this BIOS update is run.

Can you run diagnostics?

Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.

You tap the ESC key about once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash.

Did all tests pass?

Try the CMOS reset.
CMOS reset is described in HP documents two ways. Try both.

The 25 second reset

Windows + v key reset

Press and hold the Windows + v keys, and then simultaneously press and hold the power button.
After 2 to 3 seconds, continue to press and hold the Windows + v keys, but release the power button
A message should pop up or you should hear some beeps. if not, then the laptop does not support the "V"

Let me know what happens.
