My question is: if I take out a baterry from my notebook will I lose a guarntee for it? I want to use my notebook in home without consumpting the battery when I do not need to but I do not want to lose my guarantee too.

Hi:
It would be a lot of work to continuously do that and eventually you may break something.
Also there is no Real Time Clock (RTC) battery and the internal battery maintains the BIOS and clock settings.
Chapter 5 of the service manual shows what parts can be removed by the customer without risking the warranty.
Chapter 6 of the service manual shows what parts should be removed by an authorized HP service center.
The battery is listed under chapter 6.

Maybe you can just unplug the battery cable from the system board as shown in the instructions without removing the entire battery.
However, I don't recommend removing the battery since it messes up the computer BIOS and clock settings.
