I don't think it happened on 8.1, as I remember using Windows 10 normally before this started happening.
I'll update regarding the BIOS reset.

I'm replying just not to keep you hanging, but the problem hasn't happened for a while now. 
I haven't reset my BIOS, but so far the left fan is not idling at high speeds like before.
If it happens again I'll reset it immediately and report back my findings.
