Hp pavillion gaming laptop 15-dk0068wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I powered on my computer today upon launching it automatically started an update for the bios 3.9.0.0 and went fine. However when I turned it on and tried playing a very old online game it barely plays it. Was getting a solid 50fps steadily before update and ended with like 5-8fps after update...Going to reset it back but if it updates again what do I do about that?

@Sweeney70 , welcome to the forum.

It sounds like you have the system set to automatically install updates.  I suggest going into Settings and changing the way you receive updates from HP.  I believe there is a way to have it prompt you when an update is available, rather than having it automatically installed.
