HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0049tx
Microsoft Windows 11

There's some problem with my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx CoolSense. Whenever i turn it on and quit the application and open it again it automatically turned off. Whenever i play game my laptop overheats and shutdown without any warning. Earlier it was not happening. I use to play that game on high Graphics but i have to paly it on low graphics still it sometime automatically shutdown. I even tried installing HP Command Center but that application does't give me thermal profile option. It only shows system information and about options. please do something quickliy.

Did your install HP Coolsense yourself ? I don't think your machine has hardware to support the software and the software did not come with your machine from the beginning.

Nope, I didn't install the software on my own. It was installed from the begning in my laptop. Everbody's coolsense have 3-4 settings my have one 2 which are on and off. And it used to be on before.  But now its not turning on.
