@Dcrioux,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

According to the product specifications it shows that your PC has been shipped with 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) Memory installed.

I would recommend you go through the Maintenance and service guide of your HP notebook. Here you will find the list of parts which are tested and compatible on your PC.

Please note, it shows that Maximum memory supported is up to 16-GB however, it's non customer accessible or upgradable.

Chapter 1. Product Description - Page number 1 & 2

Chapter 3. Illustrated parts catalog - Page number 17

Please note, these are the parts which are tested on your PC, If you wish to try other parts you can try it at your own discretion, HP Doesn't recommend any upgrade/downgrade of any hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product. It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance.

Alternatively, You could replace the part on your own, use the HP Partsurfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here).

Next thing, regarding playing games like fortnite should definitely be possible on this PC without having any issues as your PC meets the recommended requirements to play this game.

Similarly regarding VR compatible on this PC, Yes your PC has USB 3.0 port available which is one of the requirements for using VR headsets.

I hope I have answered all your questions. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help you.

That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
