Does anyone have the package download link? Because windows update wont start downloading it and therefore stuck on Pending download, if anyone can offer up the package link it would be much appreciated

 

I have tried troubleshooting restarting, no luck

Unfortunately, I don't know how you can get it to install.

 

You may also want to consider not using the software because I have heard that it slows down your PC.

 

HP stealthily installs spyware called HP Touchpoint Analytics Client | Computerworld

 

If you don't want to see the download appear under the Windows Update section, you can run the Hide Windows Update utility that I zipped up and attached below to prevent the update from showing up and attempting to install.
