Hello,
The HP 512GB SSD MTFDHBA512TDV-1AZ1AABHA that came with the laptop had caused for quite some time a lot of problems. This is an HP OEM Micron 2300 SSD, with HP firmware HPS0032. SSD causes BSOD after waking up laptop from sleep, SSD is often unresponsive/very slow (slower than HDD). I tried switching SSD from the right slot to the left, reinstalling windows 10, upgrading to windows 11, updating all drivers and bios to latest version, but problems persisted. After swapping out the drive with a Samsung SSD for the OS, the problems did not surface. However, when I put the HP SSD back in the second slot as a second drive, the problems showed up again. I looked up online for solutions and see that Dell and Lenovo have issued firmware updates of critical importance for their Micron 2300 SSDs that address issues like the ones I am experiencing. I cannot find any updates/fixes from HP regarding this problem. Is there a firmware update for this SSD?

You have to CLEAR your old drive before put it back.
