Hello all. I bought a new HP OMEN 16-c0000 on 11-11-2021 (2 years ago). After 6-8 month usage, i suddenly started to get Code 43 on Radeon 6600M. I have tried reinstalling AMD driver by using their official auto detect tool but it doesn't help. I decided not to service my laptop because this is the only laptop i used to study and work.
1 month ago, after i got laptop for working, i decided to service my laptop (quick summary, i got accident and my laptop is broken, i already serviced using ADP warranty). But, my GPU problem was solved temporary, like only 1 days and i get the error code 43 again. Back then, sometimes Code 43 was gone if i was not restarting Laptop after installing driver, then back after some minutes playing game or doing anything. When it works ok (no error code 43) GPU is not recognized in OMEN HUB and Task Manager. But after the error code disappeared, it appear again eventually.
Last year, i also tried to do factory restart but it wont help. At first i factory reset -> updated drivers again -> code disappeared -> Omen HUB and Radeon Adrenalin not detecting GPU -> Code 43 Appeared.
At this point I give up. Is there anything else I can try?
