Hi,

 

My omen laptop has had a terrible issue with the hinges. they started by being really stiff each time i opened and closed the screen, until it becames so bad it eventually cracked the main case.

The worst part is that the screen case is now broken and i cannot decently use my laptop.

I have contacted the local HP third party customer service where i live and they were unable to give me a solution.

 

I am really upset and i feel like a complete idiot for having bought this computer, given that i found so many threads on the same subject.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
