What is wrong with that ? The specs of your machine is

It also has  GTX 1650 4GB video card.

 

HP disabled iGPU on machines which have GTX 1060 and above.

The Problem with mine is that the iGPU is not disabled and in fact, Rendering in Premiere Pro uses the iGPU instead of using the Dedicated GPU. Having the iGPU is definitely a gigantic hindrance to performance.

 

I tried using the High Performance Graphics on Nvidia 3D settings but it still uses the iGPU. The iGPU is still showing some processes on task manager as a proof that it is NOT disabled on my laptop
