Oh, that might change things.
HP's Global Warranty means if the exact model number that was sold in the USA is also sold in Philippines, then Philippines Support will take it. If not, you would have to ship it to the USA on your own. If someone you know lives there, it would be easier and I have a feeling yours is not sold both places.
What is the product number and I can look up the countries its sold in.
Run the HP Support Assistant and the product number is listed there. Or press Ctrl/Alt/S for the pop-up info window.

Yes, you would be responsible for the postage both directions.
That product number is not listed for the Philippines unfortunately, its only the USA and North American region.
This is why I don't recommend anyone buy in the USA if you live in a different country. The warranties don't move with you.
But I would contact Warranty Service and ask them. They might have an alternative solution. It wont hurt to ask.

I did remember the time when I had a key stuck while playing games on my old HP EliteBook 8440P laptop. And it turns out that it was just human oil causing they key to stick. At least that was an easy fix. My current HP Pavilion 15-DK0051WM keyboard isn't as strong as the old laptops....Kind of wished that they had put more stronger plastic keys...

I have the OMEN 15-ek0001nt, rtx 2060 version. I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, I noticed yesterday, my keyboard is clean and there is no typing pressure or weirdness, rgb light is also working but when I press R key it usually doesn't register. I think this is a software issue rather than a hardware because multiple people have this issue with the same key.

Well if its a third party service, you could try running windows in a clean boot state. Thats where you turn off all the non windows services. IF the problem doesn't occur, one of those services is responsible. Restart them one at a time until you found the culprit. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
Another quick check of this could also be to try Windows in Safe Mode and see if the key reacts any differently. Safe Mode runs windows in a very basic state with most things disabled.

Thanks for the advice but clean boot did not help a bit @Photoray002. I'll contact the sevice because I hear that this is a common problem among hp omen owners. I also have loose trackpad, I hope I get replacement.

Good to know on the clean boot @promonstera . Let us know what HP does for you. Fingers crossed.
