Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have Omen 15. And I think my fan speed is too much. When I'am do nothing on pc, Fan speed is 3100 RPM. Which is too loud. Fan noise is very annoying when in a quiet room. I talked to my other friends. They say it's minimum 2100, 1500 RPM for As*s or M*İ.  So, Can I lower the fan speed even more?
