OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2L1F2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Ever since buying this laptop (OMEN Laptop 15-en1013no), my laptop keeps occasionally restarting or blue screeing in the middle of games. This has happened before I added another NVME SSD. I've updated drivers and BIOS to the latest versions, but the problem still persists. When I check the Event Viewer, there's an "Event 41, Kernel Power" critical error always showing when the sudden restart or blue screen happens. Only thing I can think of is to reinstall W11.

How to fix this problem?

Finally managed to resolve the issue. The issue was bad wall socket, nothing wrong with the OS, laptop, or charger.

Hey,

I ran the extensive tests and found no errors, completing the tests successfully. Do I need to do the recovery process? I don't think I need to recover anything?

Hello,

I see. Do I need to reinstall W11 via this HP Recovery tool or is it the same if I just create an installation media USB via Microsoft and install it that way?

Hi @Kultsi,

Yes you can either use the above link shared to reinstall the operating system or you can also use the Microsoft recovery tool. Both will work.
