Hello HP community,

I have been using this laptop for 2 and a half years now. There was no issue with charging previously and now the light on the charging indicator is not turning on which tells the laptop is not charging. How can I fix this issue because currently I can't turn it on due to no power. It could be a motherboard issue too.

 

Unfortunately, it is out of warranty to get a board replacement.
