Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my HP Omen a few months ago, and the trackpad has been getting increasingly bad. At first, it was just an occasional issue. Now, I'm coming to resent the whole device.

To describe my issue: the left side of the trackpad stops working. Bottom left corner just...completely blanks. I can't click, I can't scroll, I can't do anything. Turning the trackpad on and off with f11 fixes it but not for more than a minute, and sometimes it doesn't fix it at all. I'm so sure it's not a hardware problem, and I really don't want to have to send it back, but I don't know what on earth to do with it. It's infuriating.

Does anyone have any solutions? We've reinstalled the drivers, my BIOS is recent, I've restarted the computer so many times. I don't know what else to do.

Thanks,

Crea
