Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck1000 (509W2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have some trouble with speakers. When I change volume I hear some electric scratch sound it takes 10 sec and when I watch muted youtube video I have the same noises (electric scratch). Can someone help me fix it? Or I will return this HP Omen 17.3 back.
System: win 11 with latest updates and latest drivers.

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.


   (a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
                  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142001-142500/sp142398.exe

   (b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
   (c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
   (d) Reboot again.
