Im posting this new message here, because 'HP Omen 17 - High system/ntoskrnl.exe/ACPI.sys process usage.' topic is claused w/o any answer. Just want to say that this problem is getting worse - last time I had to restart this laptop 3 times, so it can work properly and like 5-6 times (!!!) when as I was working on battery - so it's crap not mobile device, restarts took over 20% of battery. In this case this pc doesn't even meets seller technical specification. Regarding all those closed topics, I'm guessing that HP doesn't give a **bleep** about this.

OMEN X by HP - 17t-ap000 CTO this is my laptop with :
i7 7820 HK @ 2.9
C drive 256 ssd
D drive 1TB ssd
gtx 1080
32 GB ram
I've been searching arround and tried every possible solution the problem is not related to hardware as it seems there's a lot of hp laptops with this issue and has a very diffrent hardware.
Kindly, HP Support, in case you don't have a solution at least admit the issue with a formal thread.

I will just put my specs here, which are also touched with this issue (I'm done with begging for support attention and help, just thought it might be usefull):
