HP-Omen-17-an054na BIOS UPDATE PROBLEM

 

Hi,

I have a HP-Omen-17-an054na and I am trying to update the BIOS. The Bios version is currently F.08.

 

I have tried downloading the version below however once I have downloaded it and installed, it does not run/the HP System Bios Update Utility software does not open.

I have tried downloading other versions like the one below (f.55 rev A) just for example and it opens/runs.

Is there a problem with the download file/link?

Hi@j160, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

We understand that issue with BIOS update is not happening 

 

check the BIOS system information?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Based on its needs to BIOS update  one by one clicking on the previous version installed and restarted  (make sure charger or adaptors  needs to connect)

 

If the model number is correct this link to download the BIOS
