@Oemer0881, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

f your HP Omen 17 does not turn on, does not produce any fan sounds, and there are no LED indicators, it indicates a possible power issue. Here is a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot the problem:

Check the Power Connection:

  • Ensure that the power adapter and charging cable are properly connected to the laptop and a working electrical outlet.
  • Try using a different charger if possible.

Inspect for External Damage:

  • Check for any visible damage to the power adapter or charging port.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect the power adapter and remove any external peripherals.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual power.
  • Reconnect the power adapter and try to turn on the laptop.

Check the Battery:

  • If possible, remove the battery (for models with removable batteries) and try booting the laptop with only the power adapter connected.

Try Another Outlet:

  • Plug the laptop into a different outlet to rule out issues with the current outlet.

Check for Signs of Life:

  • Listen closely for any faint sounds or check for any blinking lights that might indicate the device is trying to start.

Also, you may refer to this guide for further troubleshooting steps: HP PCs - Computer does not turn on, start, or boot | undefined

I hope this helps.
