Product: hp omen 15

hi my hp omen not charge in windows mode 

it only show chargef or 8 second after it not charging

but when laptop is off it charging  

but in windows not charging

i change my adapter 

change battery

send to repeairing shop

bot not solve

its only charge when laptop is off

tnx

hp omen already have issue on another omen series

i saw many sae problem about hp omen 

but not solve at yet

HP Omen 15 2020 has major charging and display flickering issues. The laptop does not charge sometimes and only charges when turned off. This causes a lot of frustrations sometimes. The HP service center has no solution for these issues and they just seem to ignore it. Let me know if you face any
