Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, last time this was asked there was never a proper answer to it. I have this particular model with a 2020 refresh of the 2070 MaxQ which is advertised as having a 1920x1080 144Hz GSync panel but there is no way to enable it, even with graphics on discrete and latest drivers, even with a fresh install. How exactly do you enable GSync on this laptop?

Hello,

Where exactly is being announced that your unit comes with G-Sync support? Normally, if the option is not present, the unit does not support it, but what G-Sync does is to sync the FPS with your screen refresh rate, to minimize screen tearing but having it enabled, adds extra system latency, If you have a unit without a G-Sync panel, you can setup a cap limit on FPS to 3 FPS lower than the screen max refresh rate like 141 and you dont have problems with screen tearing.

Normally, pro games, they dont play with G-Sync option enabled, since it adds extra latency and for your gaming performance if you are playing competetive games, it makes a difference.

Let me know where it was announced but, from what i can see your model does not have this feature.
