OMEN 17-w100nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I found my son Gaming Laptop (OMEN 17-w100nx) purchased on DEC 2017, have big deformation (blowed) on the keyboard surface near the touchpad.

I was afraid as my son is working on for online classes, and due of quarantine (Corona virus) i was obliged to open the laptop and the surprise was that the battery was blowing and reach the double size as shown in the pictures. i remove it because i'm sure if i will keep it, maybe it will explode near the face of my son.

It is not acceptable to have such problems on your laptops especially that we suppose that we are keeping our kids with a trusted Brand "HP" with an expansive model, which didn't take in consideration our trusts and maybe are using a bad products.
