Hello,

I purchased HP Omen Notebook 15 - 5207tx a week ago and am trying from the first day to customize keyboard lighting and Programing keys but i failed. I tried alot , i searched solutions on YouTube and Google, i also tried different versions of Command Center and HP Omen Control but my problem doesn't solve. There is only one option of Game Streaming in Omen Command Centre nothing else and HP Omen Control shows values but doesn't effect anyhting. Can anyone help me please.

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

Uninstall the Omen command center from the PC and install the latest version of Omen command center from the Microsoft store.

 

Updating OMEN Command Center from the Windows Store

Update OMEN Command Center by downloading the app from the Windows Store.

  1. Click the Windows Store icon in the system tray.

  2. Search for OMEN Command Center.

  3. Click Update.

    Wait while the program downloads and installs.

  4. Click Play.

    OMEN Command Center opens.

 

If you still have issues after trying out the steps. Try the steps recommended below.

 

You can uninstall the HP omen control center from the control panel, programs and try updating the HP command center.

 

Update the omen command center using this link. Click Here

 

Also, update the BIOs on the PC to the latest version.

 

Update BIOS using this link. Click Here

Try the steps recommended below.

 

Resolve the issue by upgrading the HP Software and Services driver:

  1. Open Device Manager.

  2. Navigate to Software Components.

  3. Right-click HP Software and Services, and then click Properties.

  4. Navigate to the Driver tab.

  5. Click Update Driver.

   NOTE:

HP recommends to always keeping the HP Software and Services driver up to date.
