HP Omen Laptop Audio Fix

I have been having the same issue of my audo device not installed after the last windows 10 update (10/10/2018)

I was able to get it to work for my system by uninstalling the realtech audo software from the control pannal > uninstall programs. restart your system and your sound should be back. Then you can install the realteck drivers from HP if you want to or keep the defualt drivers. Hope this helps you all
