Hello!
I would like to specify that my drivers are updated thanks to the HP Support Assistant (update of the integrated graphics card: 31.0.12002.1002). My two problems are: for no reason, just browsing on Chrome or Discord, my screen suddenly freezes, and I can't do anything, but the sound continues and I am forced to turn off the computer with the button. At other times (and I think it's related because it happens in the same way) I have blue Windows screens with the error message "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE". The other problem (and I don't know if it's related) is that when I'm on battery, my computer first displays the remaining battery correctly, and at some point doesn't display any information on the bottom right about the battery anymire, and in the Windows options, it tells me that the battery is at 100% when it's not. So what should I do? Is it a hardware or software problem?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

I'm totally lost... Multiple freezes happened again, in a 10mins span. No BSODs but just freezes. This is so weird because it happens multiple times per hour, and then for multiple days I don't have any problem.
