OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 IDS Base Model

HP Open kept crashing installing Windows Updates for a year. Tried BIOS update and now the network downloads are 50 to 100 times slower that similar one-year-older laptop next to it. One minidump implied Comodo was involved and stopped to try and isolate this. Reverting the BIOS said it went from 4.0 to 4.0 when HP Support Assistant says the BIOS is F.13 while the year-older OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 laptop shows BIOS F,50. Still getting downloads of 20 Mbps on newer vs 900+ on older. Seems cmdguard.sys from COMODO was involved in this last bluescreen with it stopped. So I have the 2 issues - original blue screening and now dismal networking. I have spent so much on this
