HP Pavilion 15 Gaming Laptop creaky hinges

I have just noticed that the hinge on my laptop is creaking when I open and close the lid. There looks like a little grey/beige wheel or bit of rubber that isn't aligned properly on both sides of the hinge. What can I do to fix this issue? Or is the squeaking because of something else that needs to be looked at and if so what can I do to fix it?
