Just recently bought this laptop and not really satisfied. Heavy games keep crashing and there is a lot of nonsense on it. I would like to have a clean install and add more RAM on it. I know how to but where can I buy the right RAM memory?

Hi:
Your notebook's processor runs the memory at 2933 MHz.
This would be compatible memory for your model...
16 GB
Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT16G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
8 GB
Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM | CT8G4SFRA32A | Crucial.com
Crucial CT8G4SFRA32A werkgeheugen 8GB (DDR4, 3200 MT/s, PC4-25600, SODIMM, 260-pin) groen: Amazon.nl
Below is the link to the service manual...it is not up to date with the 10 gen core processors, but it should help you open up the notebook to replace the memory.

You're very welcome.
Yes, your notebook should have 2 memory slots and each slot can take at least a 16 GB memory module.
You can add a 16 GB chip to the existing one, but the memory will most likely run in single channel mode.
In order for the memory to run in the higher performing dual channel mode, you normally have to install memory in matching capacities (2 x 8 GB, 2 x 16 GB).
I would definitely go with the 16 GB chip in case sometime in the future you want to upgrade further and replace the 8 GB chip with a 16 GB chip.
