HP Pavilion Gaming 15 fan noise

Recently, my laptop fan has been making a loud humming sound and have read through some research that I need to re-apply lubricant.  I then did that a few months ago which helped but the noise is back and I think it is time for a new fan.  I was wondering if I can get help buying the correct replacement fan.  I found this posting on amazon that sells replacement fans but they don't list my exact model.  I then found a ebay post which is selling my exact model but I also need to buy the whole heat sink with it.  Will the amazon listing be compatible with my device?
