As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. Is there available top case cover for this product? 

The screen cover gets worse and now i cant close the laptop since cracking from the hinges are always there.. This leads to a large crack on the back case of my laptop .. Any advice? .. Ive search tutorials on youtube  on how to change the top covers and i think the bracket and hinges of mine was severely damage .. How can we buy or get that hinges and brackets ?? need help plss..
