I have a HP Pavillion Gaming laptop which i bought less than year ago. But since 4 months my laptop gets stuck in one frame and goes blank.I had to force shutdown manually by pressing power key and and on it again. But the situation got even worse. BSODs started to occur and they were quite frequent.Even sometimes after the restart of BSOD i get no audio device connected issue too(which i evade it by again restarting it-the audio device comesback) I ran many tests to find the issue and came to a conclusion of bad ram
Though Windows Mmeory Diagnostic test gave no positive signs of defect some tell that it might be the dust inside the laptop. Please help me with the situation

I thought I was the only one facing this issue. Glad to know it might not be a hw issue but prolly hps end. I have hp pavillion with rtx 3050, r5 ryzen. Since last few months I het frequent bsod and also did clean windows reinstall and it still persists.

Hello ub6424 glad you responded. But i have performed those tests already before posting the issue in community.The results were positive. No issues.Any other test to find it? I have memory dmp file and in which it told dpc watchdog violation prolonged time in that area. idk what to do.Not only that many bsod codes like system service exception, irql less than equal , paged error in non paged error

(2) Please check <Windows integrity>
Open cmd.exe (right click) as administrator and execute:
sfc /scannow
msdt.exe /id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth |
(3) Please report your results ( of each command )
